Actor Nam Goong Min (Birth of the Rich) and actress Go Joon Hee (Chuno) have been reportedly chosen to play second leading roles of MBC’s new weekend drama ‘Can You Hear My Heart’ co-working the leading couple Hwang Jung Eum (High Kick through the Roof, Giant) and Kim Jae Woon (My Love Patzzi).
Many fans are anticipating the drama since it would be Hwang’s first leading role attempt and also Kim’s comeback drama after his military service. It’ll be helmed by PD Kim Sang Ho of ‘Fantasy Couple’ and penned by Moon Hee Jung of ‘Smile, You’. Therefore, we can also expected a bright and fresh family drama which (I imagine) would be fit well with Hwang’s real personality.
In addition, talented child actress Kim Sae Ron of Won Bin’s hit movie ‘The Man from Nowhere’ aka ‘Ajusshi’ has also been cast to portray Hwang’s younger character. It’s rare to see her in drama, thus I’m looking forward to this.
‘Can You Hear My Heart’ is scheduled to release on April 2, following ‘Flames of Desire’.
